Louise was born in Lower Hutt and works from her home in Island Bay. She studied at Wanganui Polytechnic and graduated with a Bachelor of Fashion in 2004
After working in several areas in the industry, and with various designers, she has set up a workroom and outlet store under her label ‘Stichbury’ and is catering for children, women, maternity and just recently men’s wear. Stichbury’s store is based at 139 The Parade in Island Bay Wellington.
Louise’s garments are creative, unique, artistic, bright and bold in texture and design. Her clothes are for girls who like adventure and beautiful things. With a love of colour her designs are original, uniquely different and very wearable.
